property situated on East Lake, Cherry Valley -- only a 5 minute car ride to Sandbanks beaches.
A perfect spot to relax
and unwind while watching spectacular sunsets over the lake. A bungalow
with all rooms located on one floor; the cottage sleeps 4 people
comfortably (5 people with small child). The main bedroom has a Queen
size bed with a single day bed and the second bedroom has two single
beds. Pillows, linens and comforters are provided. There is a three
piece bathroom with towels provided.
The cottage is open concept design featuring large
windows showcasing a captivating view of East Lake. Experience
seclusion without any compromise to comfort while enjoying the fully
equipped kitchen, dining room and living room.
The modern spacious kitchen has a fridge, microwave,
stove, dishwasher, kettle, coffeemaker, toaster, quality cookware,
dishes and ample cupboard space. The dining area seats 6 people.
The living room has comfortable, new furnishings; a
sink-in 3-seater couch, and 2-seater love seat. Read a book, play board
games, listen to music on the CD player or watch movies on the TV and
DVD during a rainy day.
This waterfront property has a lawn area with lounge
chairs, a 20 foot dock, a paddle boat, a large wrap-around deck, patio
furniture, and a gas BBQ.
Cruise a boat and fish early in the day. Cool down while
swimming in East Lake off the dock. Relax on the large deck and catch a
glimpse of Sandpipers as they fly off into the sunset.
A great home base for visiting Sandbanks Provincial Park
and for touring the many orchards, farms and wineries located in Prince
Edward County. Only a 5 minute car ride to Sandbanks beaches or 10
minute drive to Picton.
