	The backyard is a terraced rock garden surrounded by mature shade trees with two waterfalls and a beautiful pool with exercise jet & underwater light for a playful evening light show. A pool shed with grape covered trellis offers shade to any poolside readers.

A deposit of $500 will confirm your reservation. The balance, plus a $200 damage deposit, is due 30 days before your arrival. The damage deposit will be returned 30 days after your leaving day.

High Season:

$1,900 per week, from the week containing July 1 – to the week containing August 31.

Mid Season:

$1,400 per week, June, September, Christmas and New Years

Low Season:

Weekly from October 1 - May 31:  $990.

Weekends available from October 1 - May 31 only: $700.

Other bookings are negotiable.

Weekly rental is from Saturday at 3pm to the next Saturday at 11am.

The house should be left clean with beds stripped of linens.

Bedding, sheets & towels are provided.

Dogs are welcome as long as they’re quiet & well behaved. In the back yard there is an insulated dog house with enclosed, shady pen.

This is a non-smoking house.

Upgrades and changes are made to the house and grounds regularly.

Main Street Picton, turn south at the Sunoco station on Bowery Street.

Straight through the stop sign at Mary Street to the end of Bowery at the turning circle.
