BROOK FARM COTTAGE is central to all THE COUNTY facilities, with Picton being about 7 Km to the East & Wellington about 14Km to the West. The SANDBANKS PARK’s main entrance is 12Km to the South.

The 3-bedroom farm accommodation is set back from the Loyalist Parkway about 250ft, putting this cottage in a rural setting with farm land behind and to the West and bordered by 2 creeks at the front.

Cardinal Cottage @ 10 Cowan Road, is a 2-bedroom cottage which is located in the little hamlet at the junction of County Rd #18 and Salmon Pt Rd.

CARDINAL COTTAGE is well set back with a large lawn contained behind a shrub hedge. The cottage is ideal for a small family of 4. A short 10 minute walk takes visitors to be on the best beach in Ontario – OUTLET BEACH – 3 Km of lovely sand in the SANDBANKS PARK.

Facilities nearby include boats to be rented, horses to be ridden, a golf driving range, fishing on East Lake and walks in the woods and along rural roads.
